OF THE DAY
The workout of the day is aimed at providing a stimulus that allows us to coach for quality of movement and longevity of athletes. Each day is a training day with an intent/purpose as opposed to racing or competing every day. There will still be classic CrossFit Benchmarks, hero WODs and testing days to enable progress to be monitored and for people to turn up the intensity if they wish.
 
Keep an eye above for the Workout of the Day. These will be refreshed to the next day at 7pm.

If you have the energy and inclination to do more after the WOD we will post some extra stimuli that support what was programmed for the day.
