The semi private (4-6 people) accelerator program is a 12 session focused block (2 sessions per week over 6 weeks). Aimed at specific goals for CrossFit in gymnastics, like the muscle up or handstand push up, and in Lifting where the focus is on Snatching or Clean and Jerk. We will also run accelerator programs for the fundamentals of push, pull and squat.
